PHANTOM ZONE UPDATE
an AR-App based, perforamtive Installation
How does the use of new technologies influence our perception of reality? How does our aesthetic perception change when it is permanently digitally expanded? Will we tolerate disruptive factors in our own field of vision in the future or will we simply block them out? What potential is inherent in mistakes, errors and deficits?
Equipped with an augmented reality (AR) app, which can be downloaded to your own device in advance, the visitors go through the St. Egidienkirche in an exhibition. In the freely accessible, interactive installation, they can use the app to change reality individually and thus become creators of their own "Phantom Zone".
